Sunday Worship: July 12, 2020

Pastor Marlin and Jeannine are on vacation this week. Nathan Thompson is our guest speaker and presents a message called, “As the Day Approaches.”

  • Help minister to a local man by helping stack firewood tomorrow, July 13, in Babbitt. Get in touch with Gus Schroeder if you would like to help with this ministry. We will meet at the church at 4 pm and drive to Babbitt together. After the job is done, we will have a campfire at the church.
  • Our Media Team is seeking volunteers to come aboard! If you are interested in learning about projection, sound board, or video recording, we are interested in training you. See Rachel Eisenhuth for projection, and Luke Eggebraaten for sound board and video.
  • VBS Express will be a shortened vacation Bible school this summer. It will be for ages 5-12, and run July 20-24 from 10:00-11:30 am at the church. Social distancing measures will be observed, and the eight missionaries leading the kids are trained in fun activities that allow for social distancing.
  • The Annual Wiffleball Tournament will be held Saturday, August 1 at Red Bear Park (the Bjornrud home). The kids game will be Friday, July 31 at 6:30 pm. See Pastor Marlin with questions or information about teams.
  • Nominations for the One Another Scholarship are due August 1. If you would like to nominate a college student who lives by the One Another Principles found in the Bible for a scholarship, the forms can be found at the back of the church. You may also email for a copy.
